2003 Huskers vs 2006 Huskers

03' would have won for sure. No question in my mind. I mean, did you guys see the Oklahoma St. game? Any running play to the outside meant an automatic 7-9 yards. Stuart Bradley is good, but he was as slow as molasses. Given that 03' was so option-happy, they would have dismantled the 06' defense.

03' also had a better defense.

 
O3 defense got ran by any team with a pulse.

Not even close 06 by 21. Just like every other team that could pass and run the ball.

 
03 team wasn't the best scoring team either. They only had 28 against Utah St., so I would bet the 06 D, though not too good, could still stop them on occasion.
