Spain and Purify are the only newcomers that I see with a realistic shot of making an immediate impact. Swift and Nunn, with their experience in the system and proven game time performance, will be difficult to unseat as the "starters" But remember that Callahan freely substitutes his recievers, and that Hardy was the main target until he got injured. Brooks could also come in and be a player, as he was hit with the injury bug as well. Jackson is an enigma, and I have not seen him practice nor heard much about him, so any opinion I would have would be entirely conjecture. Meno and Will seem like they are tremendous athletes who will be a big part of our offense in a couple of years, but Will needs to hit the weight room to be a everydown receiver in the big twelve, and Meno needs to refine his game a little bit more. This is a great problem to have ladies and gentlemen, and I think it is a testament to Bill and his staff for going out there and getting the guys we needed. We honestly have 8 or 9 guys who can play ball, and the competition for starting spots should be great for both our team and these young men. GBR!
