Emily Cady was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week. Cady is from Seward, and is just one of a number of very good Freshmen on the team, several of whom are getting major minutes this year. Not only do we have a good team, we have a YOUNG team. We will be making our presence felt in the Big Ten for years to come.

Good talent coming out of the Seward high school--they have a top-notch volleyball program as well.
