The river was at 44.78ft at Brownville (12:15PM today)....45.5ft is where Cooper shuts down.

Link This site is a good one to use to see current and projected river depths.

I was reading an article saying at 150000cfs release from Gavins Point Dam, it would fill a football field in just under a minute with 156ft of water. Amazing stuff.

Only if you include the endzones. And had a really high fence around it.

It is amazing how much water has receded already since they have dropped releases 5000 cfs a day. It is great, but the mess left over will not be fun. Have not been able to check our cabin since the first of June and don't know if I even want to.
