2012 CFB Season Theme

Some say every season has a certain "feel" or theme to it. What will this year's feel or big story lines be?

- As expected - LSU/Ala vs USC/Oregon for NCG

- No clear cut 1 & 2; top teams have 2 or more losses; war of attrition season and another year of debate

- Undefeated Boise or like program challenges for NCG

- A darkhorse wins NCG like Auburn 2 years ago. My possibilities - Michigan (a win over Ala would be huge); SCar, VTech, WVU

I expect WVU to have the best offense in the nation and that Barkley will win the heisman.

I believe it was 2007 that #2 lost for 5 consecutive weeks or something like that. That was a fun season to watch, at least as a distraction from the 5-7 debacle. Hopefully if something like that happens again, we'll be more in the mix of things.

and some black.
