2012 US Open | Olympic Club, San Francisco, CA | June 14-17

Tomorrow is going to be great. I plan on getting home a little early and then cracking a beer and watching like 4 straight hours of Tiger domination all evening. Words cannot express how much I love the US Open.

I don't know what's more interesting - watching Tiger have a pretty good round and be tied for the lead at the cut.... or watching HuskerBoard as tschu gets piss drunk and rants about the US Open all day.

Can you imagine the furor if that had been Tiger destroying that microphone? People would be calling for him to be thrown off the tour, but someone else does it, and I don't even find mention of it on ESPN's golf front page.

 
Tiger's having a rough go of it. Distance control with his irons has been pretty off. He has left 4-5 putts short. +3 on his round so far, but only 2 strokes out of the lead and has plenty of easier holes left.

Get to know Nicolas Colsaerts...this guy might be a star in the near future. Won the Euro Match Play earlier this year and can absolutely crush the golf ball

 
Tiger is gonna have to shoot 67 to have a chance. Definitely doable if he plays how he did Thurs/Friday, but would be a far cry from how he played yesterday.

I think the 3 guys to watch are 3 Europeans: Colsaerts, Westwood, and McDowell. Will be rooting hard for Colsaerts - this dude could be something special.
