2013-2014 NBA Discussion Thread

Is it bad when I get an absurd amount of satisfaction when the Heat lose in embarrassing fashion?

No?

Ok.
I vote no as well so we're all good here.

So last year the Nuggets went 57-25 (.695) and were the #3 seed in the West.

Then they fired their coach and traded away their most versatile player.

Currently they're 19-17 (.528) and in danger of not even making the playoffs (currently #9). That is how you manage a team.

Not a fan of the sleeves. Simply a marketing campaign but I would hate it.

But, then again, I barely care about the NBA so they can do whatever. If it wasn't for my fantasy team I'd barely know it was going on.

/Yes, that deserved all caps and multiple exclamation points.

WITH ZERO TURNOVERS AND ON 38 MINUTES!
This is the Melo that people want to see more of. He has it in him to be more consistent but I often wonder sometimes watching him if he isn't just going through the motions.

Yeah, he seems to be a head case a lot of the time. But my fantasy team could definitely use more performances like this.

I didn't get to watch any of it, but I find it funny how the one highlight I saw, he caught the pass, took 5 steps, took one dribble, 3 more steps, and then dunked it. I love watching NBA, but IMO the viewing experience is ruined when they let people travel all over the court.
