Ya I think I saw a tweet the other day saying ^ that.2008 class, before it fell apart.Do any of you recruiting guru's know when the last time we had 10 verbal commits before a season started? Or what was the most amount?
That's my guess.
Wow that is a good stat! i just hope he uses these last spots wisely so we can get some good talent in those last 8-9 spots and hopefully hold on to the 10 we already haveDan Hoppen @danhoppen 8h
Bo Pelini’s first 6 classes had a combined 13 commits before May. The 2015 class already has 10 and counting.

In Bo Pelini’s first 6 classes, Nebraska averaged 8.3 commitments before the season started. NU already has 10 in 2015 with 4 months to go.
There appears to be more regional talent this year. Kids that grew up watching & dreaming to be a HUSKER.wow tha

Yeah, we've definitely benefited from having some talent not too far away and having a lot of ties to our program. Not only are quite a few of our commits within the much-talked-about 500 mile radius but many also have some tie to the program - living in state, family connections, etc. Really only Dillman doesn't fit one of those categories right now. There appears to be more regional talent this year. Top two on the board: Gabe Megginson then Jon Dietzen. If you are talking about Josh Wariboko, he is a guard, but not sure where we are with him. He will be the #1 OG on many boards.Who do you guys think is our top tackle prospect on our big board. What are our chances with the kid that just decommitted from OU?
Is Gaylord projected to play tackle for us?Top two on the board: Gabe Megginson then Jon Dietzen. If you are talking about Josh Wariboko, he is a guard, but not sure where we are with him. Yeah, Gaylord at OT, and Decker at OG. That should gives us space for one more OT and OG each.Is Gaylord projected to play tackle for us?Top two on the board: Gabe Megginson then Jon Dietzen.
