2017-2018 Season Notes

Dang...Northwestern struggling...Iowa struggling...

Uh Oh

When PSU ends up as the possible 4th best team in conference you know it is bad

They need a shooting threat... Happ and Iverson are scary good.

State, Purdue, and Minnesota all look really good though
I think this might be the year we see Wisconsin not finish in the top 4.

Minny is freaky athletic

MSU is MSU

Purdue is going to be physical

I really don't know who the top 6 are right now in the conference.  Top 3 are above but after that...who knows

Did I dream this up or was Petino supposedly on the hot seat early last year?

He brought in several transfers that sat out the year before (including Reggie Lynch) & got lucky that Amir Coffey decided to stay in state when he had offers from "better" schools.

Iowa finally won a game in their holiday tournament, but gave up 85 to UAB.  Purdue lost to Tennessee in OT.

Minnesota nearly lost to an Alabama team that played with three players for a large chunk of the second half.

Ha!  I know...How funky is that!

I still think Minny will finish second in the Big Ten but like I have said, the Big Ten is dooooooooown.

Huskers averaging nearly 84 per game in wins, 57.5 in losses through 7 games.  Clearly ball movement and tempo are VERY important for this team.
