Baseball America released its projections on Sunday night and has Nebraska headed to Baton Rouge as the No. 2 seed in the LSU regional. In Baseball America’s projections, the Huskers are the No. 2 seed, while Southeastern Louisiana checks in as the No. 3 seed, and Marist is the No. 4 seed. LSU is the No. 6 overall team in the NCAA Tournament.
Baseball America has four Big Ten teams getting in to the tournament — Michigan, Indiana and Iowa are the other Big Ten teams making it in to the tournament, with Maryland just missing out.
D1baseball weighed in late on Sunday night, and has the Huskers headed to Kentucky for the Louisville regional. Louisville, the No. 7 overall seed in the tournament would host. Southeastern Louisiana would serve as the No. 2 seed in that regional, with Nebraska being the No. 3 seed. Ohio, which won the MAC, would round out the regional.
