2018 NFL Combine

I saw nothing in 3 years that led me to believe he was a next level guy.  Throw in rumors and a below average to poor combine and it doesn't look to great.  Hope he gets drafted. Helps to keep the streak alive and always great to see former Huskers at the next level.

The 10 yard dash, shuttle, and cone drills are far more important for OL. 

Given Gates' poor numbers in the other events, his 10 yard dash, shuttle, and cone drill times are probably below average also.

Gates will have to make it as a guard at the next level.  He could barely play OT in college.  In the NFL, those DE and OLBs will beat him like a drum.
