Yes.  That is what the coaches have said.  But like someone mentioned earlier, we've heard that coach speak before.  Damon Benning even addressed it on his radio show that Frost had said nothing about bad practices leading up to the USA game and then when the offense didn't perform well, he then came out and blamed (probably too harsh of a word) it on bad practices.  So Benning said that doing this after the fact is only going to go so far.  It was just an observation.

Every coach worth their salt understands that the team is listening to what he says to the press.  Him saying they had bad practices last week (which they very well may have) is a strong message to the team to get their act together and be ready to practice hard and focused this week.

Looking back on this, we weren't the team predicted to win. And a lot of predictions were for a close game.

Well...they weren't wrong. But the way it happened sucked.
