Seems like anyone who does pick the Huskers or think they can win uses the "OSU has one letdown a year" argument. I get it, but I just want and can't wait for NU to be legitimately challenging OSU without some they messed up excuse.
I think NU can pull it off by playing their best game this year, but it's going to be like a 41-38 shootout that comes down to the last drive of the game and AM just going off on the final drive to win.

I don't know what the rankings were, but they would still be averaging 10.3 without playing us which would be 4th. They get a lot of TFLs but are overall average against the run, both of which we saw when we played them.
Edit: thought we were still on tfls, no idea on the rushing rankings. Probably significantly higher than 72.
