Chinander is always my favorite interview.  It wouldn't surprise me to see him start getting some looks for HC opportunities if we have a really good defensive unit the next couple years.

Whoa Nellie!  I see improvement from the defensive unit, but so much so that HC offers are on the table; not so much.  4-8 assistants typically end up as assistants on other staffs, if fortunate.  

Lending institutions are also fertile ground for former assistants, such as our own Matt Lubick.

I feel the similar about Dawson.  Love his interviews.  I could see him as a head coach at a G5, or a place like kansas state.
