Without having any knowledge, it looks like weight lifting and conditioning groups. I'm sure there will be competitions each week between the different "teams". Likely points given for gains in the weight room, lifting challenges, conditioning challenges and etc.

Fat Boys here... Guessing that group ends up pretty dang motivated with Damien Jackson involved and Piper has quite a bit of room for growth.
