Seems to be a common malady of the higher seeded B1G teams.

Illinois couldn’t even bother to foul when they needed to.  :facepalm:

Im not too broke up. I love it when the lower seeded teams win in the first two rounds.

 
When exactly did they decide to completely ignore travelling in basketball? Can't even blame the players anymore. It just isn't a thing. It's ridiculous.

Yet as of this second anyway Michigan, Maryland, Rutgers and Iowa are all still very much alive.

West Virginia has about the worst offense I’ve seen in this tourney yet. No ball movement, no player movement, can’t make a layup, can’t make a 3.....basically can’t do sh#t.

And then they finally call Tex Tech for travelling at the very end end of a 2 point contest  :facepalm:

 
Only 3 left, and I don’t expect Umich to win missing their best player and another starter playing injured. Maybe Maryland can pull off an upset.

Right?  There's no bad blood between UNL and Creighton is there?  I know so little about the school except it's in Omaha.  Heck, surprised me that a customer to my store down here went there, but I hadn't seen him in years.

My neighbor went to Creighton.  He doesn't seem to own a tv set.

8 teams made it into the field of 64 and they will be lucky if even 1 makes it to the sweet 16. Only Michigan and Maryland remain prior to end of round 2.

#1 seed Illinois loses to #8 Loyola.

#2 seed tOSU knocked out by #15 Oral Roberts.

#2 seed Iowa falls to #7 Oregon.

#4 seed Purdue to #13 North Texas.

Yep, definitely overrated. And says nothing promising about the team that secured dead last in the B1G.
