2021 Spring Game - May 1st @ 1:00 CDT

Another strike by Martinez to Manning, hitting him in stride again. He looks different.

And then Manning drops a perfect downfield strike that hit him in the hands, in stride. Dang.

Nothing wrong with competition but I like how this is undoubtedly Adrians team now. Hoping for a breakout year. Would also love to see somebody step up at running back and be the man.

End of Q1. In context, it's hard not to like what you see from Martinez. Much faster, looks quick & agile in the pocket, and only one bad throw so far (the backwards pass OOB).

Ervin looked good getting to the edge on that run, and in live ball he may have scored. Had an angle on the DB who just tagged him for the stop.

Connor Culp kicking into the wind for a 30-yard FG. Just about hooked it out with this wind, but it squeaks in.

Barron Miles interviewed on the sideline. Looks like he could still play.

Haarberg's first play is a bad snap - came when he wasn't looking, resulting in a big loss.

Ervin looks good at RB. We'll know more when they live tackle in the 2nd half, but I like the look of him so far.

The backwards pass was a broken throwback pass to Corcoran. The end/LB on the end there read it the entire way. Probably better to just throw it away, but its the spring game.

Martinez gets picked trying to hit Toure at the end of the 2nd quarter, but chalk that up to the wind. Toure got behind the defense, but the wind just knocked it down. Too bad.

I think Gabe Ervin is gonna be pretty good.  Needs to work on his rec  but I will take a RB that can bust some runs with stone hands over what we've had.
