2023 - 2024 Portal - Ins and Outs

Yep, spot on,

2022: 42/636/9--Had Sam Hartman at QB who is a darn good college QB

2023: 59/653/4--WF had a big step back with Griffis at QB, probably the reason Banks is in the portal.

Banks would be an awesome pickup for NU, he's that big body 50/50 ball winner with good speed to boot WR that Nebraska has lacked for a while. Basically, Banks is what we all hoped Omar Manning would be.
Isn’t Banks the same exact size as Coleman at 6’4” and about 200 lbs? So is it the veteran experience we are after with him?

Nebraska has had talks with Tackett Curtis the highly 4 star inside linebacker formerly out of USC.  He started 8 games as a true freshmen linebacker.  His stats this past season were 40 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2 sacks and a force fumble.

There are a lot of teams that have already offered once he hit the portal.  Michigan State, Minnesota, Kansas, USC and a few others have offered.  His productivity at NDS is what teams look for and like.

Texas (former Wyoming) WR Isaiah Neyor visiting this weekend.

Missed all of 2022 with a preseason injury.  Then was a big name transferring from Wyoming last year, but had another injury preseason in Texas and only got in for a couple games.

Had 44 catches for 878 yards and 12 TDs in 2021.
