I wouldn't hate it if this actually happens... Thompson would've been a decent upgrade over any of our QBs this year.  Could this mean HH going back to TE?

I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened. I think he knows his future in football doesn’t extend past college and might be coming here to compete one last year at this friends. Him, DR, DK and Chubba competing sounds alright to me.

Absolutely. He's also played a lot of big boy football and played in some big games. Good mentor for a couple young QBs

i think the rules for the portal is different than high school recruits. i think portal guys just have to be there by the time class starts
