It didn’t appear competitive, but ND didn’t put up as many points as they should have and Indiana had a sliver of a chance late. They played til the end.Man, that Indiana/Notre Dame game last night was not competitive at all. The committee really needs to take the strength of schedule into account moving forward.
21 all with 7:00 to go.NDSU-SDSU Good game
14-14

I understand your point, but I think we would be seeing more competitive games if they were played at Neutral sites and with weather above 55 degrees.Ya I mean if the playoff existed back in 1995 we probably would have ended up with Nebraska vs. Florida. Talk about a joke. And it was clear Florida didn't deserve to be there considering how much they sucked the following season by only beating FSU in the national championship game by 52-20.
I honestly hate when people do this (not singling you out, just including you). A team got blown out playing one of the top 12 teams in the country, so they clearly must suck a$$ and nothing else they did counted. People should try giving credit to the good team instead of talking like the other team sucks and didn't deserve to be there.

First of all, It is sooo difficult to win on the road. For any team. Plus, s#!tty cold weather makes it worse on the athletes.
A road game in cold weather changes the natural competitive balance for a playoff game when teams have supposedly earned a playoff spot at the table. They are suppose to playing for a championship, not a road game.
IMO I think it should be all neutral sites with Bowl Game Sponsorship wrapped in it. Even field settings. 50/50 fans in stadiums to support their team. I hope the committee takes a look at that after the year. I mean, 3/4ths of every college game is played in good or hot weather during the year. This isn't the NFL. These are still college kids with an enormous school fan base.
Completely disagree. FCS and lower CFB levels playoffs are all home field games up the the title game, same for the NFL. Why change a key component of football for 1 single level of football? Football is meant to be played in the elements at hand, all other levels of football, both above and below FBS, recognize this, FBS shouldn’t be any different.I understand your point, but I think we would be seeing more competitive games if they were played at Neutral sites and with weather above 55 degrees.
