With it being labor day today, I am hoping the week seems short. This is going to be another looooong week. Ugh
And, I am giving tests later this week so it makes for very easy days.

Well ain't that some flex... You're far luckier than most (or more strategic as you say).I have been going to husker games for almost 30 years. One, or sometimes two a year. With some luck and some strategy, I have never been to a game we have lost. Some very close ones, but no losses. I was there for Alex's 57 yard kick to win among others. I'm going Saturday and feeling good about it. Not because I'm going but because we are a match-up problem for them. I don't bet but if I did, I would place money that we cover. Hope I'm right.
Game Day goes where it will generate the most interest for games in the ESPN networks. NU-CU is on NBC, so it was never going to have Game Day.It's the defending national champs (who's offense looked like a$$, but defense is still legit) against what's supposed to be a good Texas team, or two sub .500 teams from last year.

I think this is the game where nebraska breaks the CU curse. I mean from 2001. Things havent been right since then. I honestly think Nebraska is going to stomp CU. The curse will be broken and we will feel it be broken. This release is building up, i just feel this year things line up for nebraska.
I would like to see if we can get pressure with four first before we start bringing five/six guys. If we can consistenly get pressure with four it'll be a game changer. So, will we play in softer coverage with our corners for at least the 1st quarter and allow them to pitch & catch down around our 25, then tighten up and try to hold them to field goals?
Or will we go all in and try to play a tight man coverage right out of the gate?
Going to be interesting.
11 and 18 need to be on the field this week. Its doesnt do us any good if we get pressure and Sanders just runs around forever. They are athletic enough to chase him down. If Tye and Nash dont get him right away they arent getting him. I think they are rewarding MJ for his hard work and leadership but he aint itI would like to see if we can get pressure with four first before we start bringing five/six guys. I definitely think MJ brings something to the table against run heavy teams, Illinois, Iowa, etc. However, this matchup is tailormade for Princewell/James Williams. Let's see how those tackles bend with someone as quick and twitchy as they are. I will also be curious to see how Seaton holds up against Ty's bull rush.+1. I hadn't wanted to make the comment myself, but you said it so I'll pile on. He just plays kind of slow and his lateral movement isn't quite there.
But hey, maybe he'll find a higher gear somehow and turn some heads down the stretch. I could see it.
