IMO Shadeur has done pretty well for having played behind an incredibly suspect offensive line for most of his time at Colorado. He certainly has flaws and some things he could improve upon but I think he's also still a pretty talented quarterback.
That said, I'm not really sure what to make of him at the NFL level. I'm by no means an expert, but I tend to have pretty good gut feelings about how well certain quarterbacks will pan out in the league. Shadeur doesn't give me warm, fuzzy feelings. I think probably the worst thing that could happen to him is being drafted high to a poor team without good weapons and a good o-line. He seems like a guy who could benefit more from sitting for a year or two as I don't think his mental capabilities are as polished as other recent young quarterback draftees.
And even then, I still don't know if I see him panning out as an elite NFL or playoff winning quarterback. Maybe in the right situation but something about him just doesn't give me confidence that he'll excel in the NFL (obviously, this really has no bearing on his draftability or status... GM's gonna GM.)
