I just love it when he rolls his "Rrrr's" when he says "First Downnn" and "Touch-Dowwnnn".  The emphasis and excitement is totally on-point.  He can even make an Iowa game sound like a blast.

I guess you could look at it that way. I’d rather have a reality check for a second week in a row instead of beating up on some crappy team. No more false confidence. This team either needs to start bringing it or stay home. No more wishing a schedule is a certain way. Either go out and hit a team in the mouth, or admit that you’re just no good. Maybe this team needs to quit being babied and get mad for once. 

 
Obviously I anticipate a blowout loss, and the idea of winning seems so fanciful I can't even try to entertain it. It's Ohio State at Ohio State. I will just say this: A respectable showing would help at least boost morale a bit. Losing say 35-21 would leave me feeling more like the showing against Indiana was a fluke than the actual state of this team (as much as I suspect it is the latter).

 
Hands down, Husker Online is the most entertaining channel for Cornhusker football. Sip provides a meme a minute. This week, he purposely wore a shirt designed to make his microphone disappear.

I hope we win but I don't share the hate- their fan base reminds me of what we once were.  In general, they treat most other in the conference pretty good.  Iowa and Wisconsin on the other hand...  

 
Our (wife and I) anniversary  weekend.  I have a good excuse not to watch or listen to the game. If I did listen or watch, I would get a bigger beatdown than what I'm expecting Neb to get from OSU. :o

The Ohio Bobcat pummeling Brutus was an instant masterpiece.  Maybe Herbie and Lil Red can tag team and take Brutus out tomorrow.  Might be our best moment tomorrow.   :laughpound
