Who did we have to bribe to get this game on FOX?

I believe B1G has a contract with Fox, or vice-versa. Also with NBC and Peacock. I think @Red Five keeps up with it and knows way more about it.
Knowing you I thought so at first lol .... my badI said that tongue-in-cheek. I know the Big Ten has a contract with FOX. But USC has a sub-500 winning percentage and we've lost three in a row and aren't ranked. The Big Ten Network would be a more suitable channel for this game.
UCLA has joined the chat...........Certainly this is a game that is far more winnable than the Ohio State game. That said, they still have a ton of talent. I'd much prefer if we had this one at home simply from the advantage that'd give us.
The afternoon slate next week is pretty rough. The only competition for that slot is Illinois/Michigan State and Louisville/Stanford. Since Nebraska & USC have two of the biggest fanbases in the nation, more eyeballs will be on this game, even if Louisville and Illinois are better than both of these teams.Street Novelist said:I said that tongue-in-cheek. Yeah it's kinda juicy. This is a get right game for someone. Hopefully, it's Nebraska.
Well, the good news is it was leaked that Miller Moss was entering the transfer portal.Yeah it's kinda juicy.
Nebraska's defense is a lot better than USC's defense.
USC's offense is a lot better than Nebraska's offense.
If Raiola's back tighten's up, HH might have to take over for Nebraska.
If USC's backup starter Maiava struggles, their starter may have to take over.
USC 1-5 this year in games decided by 7 points. Sounds like Nebraska the past several years.
USC has 4 wins and needs 2 more victories to get a bowl game.
Nebraska has 5 wins and needs 1 more victory to get a bowl game.
Both teams have 3 games left on the schedule.
Nebraska plays USC, Wisconsin and Iowa (rival game)
USC plays Nebraska, UCLA (rival game) and Notre Dame (rival game)
Since the beginning of 2023, Matt Rhule is 10-11
Since the beginning of 2023, Lincoln Riley is 12-10 (bowl win)
In USC's last 15 regular season games, USC is 5-10
In Nebraska's last 15 regular season games, NU is 7-8
It's juicy for a lot of things.
Not because someone has to lose. But possibly because someone has to win. Or will win. Or will lose. Which should make this a fun game to watch and see how it all unfolds. Nebraska can beat USC. And USC can beat Nebraska. I cannot wait.
I’ve been known to be a bit too optimistic on occasion, but I like to think a staff shake up like this is going to produce some results. I’m sure the playcalling will be better all by itself, but it would be nice to think that this move also encourages a little more motivation in our players.Hopefully the team hasn't given up on the season.
The upperclassmen have been through so many situations like the one they're heading into this weekend, knowing it'll be completely demoralizing to lose and coming out playing scared to lose.
I just don't see this game even being close unless we establish the run to move the chains in the first quarter.
