The obstructing a peace officer charge shouldn’t be overlooked.   What the heck happened there?
We put these student athletes on a pedestal, but in the end they’re just immature young adults doing stupid things.   

 
.169???  Yikes.  Thankfully no one was hurt.

There goes her NIL car, not that she will be able to drive it for the next year anyways.

Hopefully a lesson learned for her and everyone else on the team.

I don't know. I can see a good endorsement deal from a company that installs the breathalyzer in vehicles.

 
Is it also a problem legally that she still is driving after her DUI?  Or does your license not get taken away until after a court date?
