 Newsflash... We don't.   We never do. We will get who we will get and we will all go crazy fawning over what a low-key great "get" this was.. But, in the end ,we will just look/be stupid as always.

Ha ha, I certainly won’t be fawning. I’m certainly not so far, but people on the board seem to be super thrilled with our pickups. Questioning the smart fan base thing….

The nerve of people being happy we got a proven long snapper (which was a great need) or a player 1 year removed from being a top 10 recruit in the country.

And show me the people that are “super thrilled” with George in this thread?  I mean no one has really commented on the pickup.

Agree.  And I'll comment on George.  I'm happy to bring on a player that was very successful at the lower level.  That is what we should be doing.  I have no opinion on if he's going to be great at THIS level or not.  But, at least he has a chance.  I'd much rather bring on someone who has proven they can perform at least at some level in college.
