Two teams from all the conferences with "Big" in their names (Big Ten, Big 12, Big East) are guaranteed spots + 10 at large.  I initially thought there was two from the Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, SEC, but recently saw otherwise.

This thing is co-owned by Fox Sports, hence the conference affiliations.

The team that wins the CBC will get $300k to spread amongst its roster.  Runner-up gets $100k.  Semifinal losing teams get $50k.
