This makes more sense imo - BYU needs the strength of schedule bump where USC doesn't need anything from ND since they are part of the B1G. I still hate that ND is picking up quality games. I wish everyone would snub them and force them to join a conference.
To be fair, in Week 2, LSU was ranked #3, South Carolina was ranked #10, Florida was ranked #13. Plus Auburn and Missouri were both ranked by week three (24 & 25). On paper when the season started, these teams were pretty good. But All of those teams under performed this year, except our buddies (Missouri). It's not A&M's fault for that. LSU, Florida & Auburn fired their coaches because it was that serious.
Plus the Aggies started the season ranked #19th and predicted to finish in the middle of the SEC. They had a heck of a season and possibly over performed.
I get the jabs at the SEC. However, I don't think losing to Miami by 7 points in a playoff game should involve a plot twist to shame A&M and their schedule. Just MHO.
