Walk-on
Oh boy.....
It'll be fine. He made it sound more negative than it is. We have three good long snappers and it should be an improvement this year, along with the obvious weapon in our 2-footed punter.
And I'm a pessimist.
Oh boy.....
Interview with Ek is pretty impressive. If the ST guys can embrace that, it's worth 2 wins in our 1 score games. Archie was a great interview as well. Actually made the Dailymail (UK based news). Here is a link. Hope it works. Dude seems humble, but knows he's about to be a difference maker.

College star breaks down after being caught off-guard by question
The punter arrived in Nebraska over the summer, having grown up nearly 10,000 miles away in Frankston South in the state of Victoria. He grew up playing Australian Rules football.www.dailymail.co.uk
The mile long kick required him to use both feet at the same time.I don't think I've ever seen as much hype surrounding a punter in my life. I hope he can kick it a mile, with at least one of his feet.
I heard that Archie Wilson can actually only punt it half a mile, but the ball decides to keep flying out of pure fear.I don't think I've ever seen as much hype surrounding a punter in my life. I hope he can kick it a mile, with at least one of his feet.
It is such a great nickname!Superboot it is. Glad to have the kid.
Superboot it is. Glad to have the kid.
Come on.I was thinking we should let the kid play a game or two before we put any undue pressure on him. I'm a bit surprised the coaches are discussing him so much honestly. Kid is 18 years old and cracks under pressure as shown in the interview.
Might be the most expensive feet you've paid for yet!It is such a great nickname!
I like the kid and don't want to bag on him... but that breakdown shows his age and maturity level. Nothing wrong with it but understanding a freshman mentality will be a bit fragile is necessary imo. Guessing nobody saw that coming or they wouldn't have put him in the spotlight.Come on.
