For those curious about bye advantages:

Both Mich St and Nebraska have byes the week before the game

USC has a bye before playing Nebraska

UCLA has a bye before playing Nebraska

Nebraska has a bye before playing Penn St

On paper as of 12/11/24, yes that is true.  But as we have seen things can change rapidly these days.  Looking at the Logos on the side of the helmets is not a good indicator anymore.

No Wisconsin, no Ohio State, no Indiana, no tough OOC game (Cincinnati doesn't look great). 7-8 wins is very realistic.

Yeah....and we all thought Illinois and Indiana were going to be their typical bad teams this year.  I'm of the opinion that the era of vastly easier or harder schedules are gone.

Also, nobody has a clue what any of these rosters are going to look like next year.
