Thank you, I knew that. These are the teams we will play. I was asking about a schedule.

My hope is that we have a light stretch before playing Iowa at the end of the year, for once.

I also hope the B1G does us a favor, and schedules NU to play Oregon, Ohio State and Indiana after we go 3-0 in non-conf.

That way, we are 3-3 with the rest of the year to play ball and get on a winning streak before Iowa. Just rip the band-aid off and get those 3 over with right away. I would be fine with that.

And then let us have our season.

I mean... for once, before we play Iowa, let us have a 3 game stretch with Maryland and Rutgers right before it. Instead of Wisconsin or Penn State or any of the top 4/5 conference teams.

Give us some free-throws and layups to end the year and going into rivalry weekend.

Unfortunately, the B1G will have us play Indiana and or Ohio State to close out the year before Iowa... While we sit on 4 wins needing 6 for Bowl eligibility 😭😭

FYI - this isn't the order they will be in. This is just listed by home and away opponents.

The early season kickoff time will came out in late May. Huskers announced the 2025 schedule on Dec 11th last year with dates and order of teams.

Huskers did a furture schedule announcement in March last year as well. These were the changes to the cancelled Tennessee games which were in 2026 and 2027 where the Huskers added two more Mac team along with a few FCS teams.

Does "buy" = "bye" in this? Okay okay..

I can't wait for the good start only to watch us piss away November. Rhule is 2-10 in November here btw. Maybe, just maybe running a different offense and not trotting out a clown show defense would help?

2-10....oof. There's no way one can polish that turd to see anything positive with that stat.

The 2 wins. 5-7 Wisconsin in 2024 and 3-9 UCLA in 2025....And of the 7 wins this year, 2 teams had winning records (MSU/Cincy). Northwestern was 6-6 (7-6) with their bowl.

Noticed that November stat mentioned at one of the Husker FB pages. That made me wonder about him, about Rhule's psyche, a bit. 'Tween that fact and his 7 wins per season max. Aaaannnnnd of course his 2-25 win/loss stat against ranked teams (the NIL and portal stuff doesn't figure into that long term stuff).

The contract extension seemed okay during the Penn State stuff in the news. But now I feel like that may have been not needed. His pledge to build things is and was still there. He did give us the 7 wins and the bowl. Am I the only one who feels conflicted about his abilities and possibilities here?

Yep. Most of the teams we play in Nov are going to have winning records with many/most of them being ranked. Probably not fair to expect wins against that type of competition. I predict our late season woes will continue for the foreseeable future.
