Plax gets 2 years?? That's effed up!

Where the hell are we at in society when Donte Stallworth can drive drunk, hit and kill a guy, and serve 24 days in jail??

 
I suspect that the disparity is based on the involvement of a gun - New York has some rather severe laws on the book concerning guns.

see your point... that is messed up when a life is taken and less time is given compared to two ding-dongs who just flat out made stupid decisions. :throw

 
Stalworth got off easy, way too easy, but at least he didn't leave the scene or make ridculus excuses for what he did. Plax is just another stupid bucket of ---- who thought he was cool because he was carrying a piece. Too bad he didn't take time to read the instruction manual. Got what he deserved now lets just hope we never hear from him again.
