300th Consecutive Sellout

What game is this? i know its one of the earlier games...like 3rd or something. Also...heard anything? im sure the AD will have something special planned for this day...

My friend is getting married out of town that day. When I looked at the schedule I just thought "I'll only be missing La lafayette, thats a win" I didn't know it was the 300th!! :bang

I definately will not miss #300. Too bad it's not a more high profile game. It would be nice to have that on national television.

Anyone think the sellout streak will be broken? I know it's been discussed many times but now that we have Pelini at the helm I for one feel a lot more confident it will not happen soon.

i think the streak will last for INFINITY YEARS!!!!!!!
:yeah

If it was ever in jeopardy for a game there would be some booster to buy all the remaining tickets that went unsold to keep the streak alive.
It is not in jeopardy now. If Callahan had not been fired, it might have been. But not with Pelini and the way the team performed. And I am sure that if I am wrong someone will correct me, but I believe there is something like 14-18,000 people on the waiting list for tickets still. It's not ending anytime in the forseeable future!

GBR!!!

I hear you on that. My brother got married during the Kansas game last year......boy I was pissed but my father was furious because he has season tickets. Thank god we won that game or my brother would've been a dead ex-husker fan
