just once i would like to hear him say at a post game loss, "i didn't prepare our kids, this loss is on me"..do you think we will ever hear that quote? i seriously doubt it.......ever

:yeah I would just like to hear BC take the blame for the loss, admit it was his fault. I cannot recall him admitting that a loss was his fault. I actually respect it when a coach takes the responsibility for the players, not giving excuses like we just didn't execute. It is the coachs' responsibility to prepare the team to execute properly. If anyone can provide any proof where BC admitted he was responsible for a loss, that would be greatly appreciated.

 
I think we will finish strong and go 9-3. I don't know why I am thinking this, especially after their game on Saturday, but I think they will rebound and get the win this weekend.

 
I don't want to believe it to be true, but its really looking like to me we have our own personal Ron Zook. Recruits like a mother, has potential to be great, can't get it done.

If NU is any less than 9-3, then its a failure. Shitbox goal of winning the weakest division in college football is not good enough.

 
Why not just do what some of you people want. Fire the head coach in any season they do not win the national championship.

If we give up 500+ yards (or anywhere close to that) to ANYONE left on our schedule (and yes, I include MU on that), I think Coz should be gone. I just can't wait to see what he comes up with this weekend. I'm guessing 7 defensive backs (3 LBs, and a NT) in the entire 1st half of the game (because he is scared of their passing offense) while they roll up about 300 yards rushing. Then, he'll make some halftime adjustments, maybe only 6 dbs and add another LB.

 
We will go 9-3 and go to the Big XII Championship game.......everyone needs to calm down!!!! If we were to fire Cally at the end of this season you can bet your a$$ no coach worth a damn is going to want to come here considering how fast we fire coaches!!!! I think he has done a pretty good job he's had some mistakes here and there, so what, what coach hasn't??? We need to all calm down and just let the rest of the season happen!!! :wacko:

How about we just be competitive for the NC every year, make a bowl game every year, and really good bowl games, to help fund the university and the athletic department, 8 out of 10 years.

Of course we are not going to win it every year, but lets compete. We were still in the NC race after the USC loss, but after the last 2 we are now fighting for big XII North supremacy.

That was a huuuuuuuuuuuge longshot and IMO would not have happened even if we would have won out. Our SOS is weak when we're playing teams like ISU, KSU, CU, KU, etc. Not to mention we were buried in the polls.
