seems that in their minds, Mo must have punched the guys to the ground.

never mind that HE JUMPED WITH PURIFY.

:hmmm :hmmm :hmmm :hmmm :hmmm

Wow! Coach Fran makes $2 mil a year?

Purify is developing into a great offensive weapon and is just starting to dominate. I look forward to him having bigger and bigger games!

sounds a lot like some of the posts on this board after a tough loss.

I've been reading the Texags board there's some fans who hold the same sentiment: offensive pass interference and the Roughing the Passer call was bogus.

I find it comical the fans have to pin their game/season hopes on one or two bad calls (read: OU fans following Oregons win). Fact of the matter is, had A&M won, there would be no talk of the bad/missed calls. Instead we may be bitching about the ref's calls (bad ball spot to give us 4th and 1 and not 4th and inches).

Bottom line: the game should never come down to one bad call. The players play the game, the refs don't.

I don't think the roughing the passer could have been more obvious. He knocked Taylor to the ground about 2-3 seconds after he threw it. What about the blatant hold on Suh that was missed that resulted in a long pass play. The center had Suh horse-collared and nearly tackled him from behind to allow McGhee to get the ball out. If you watch the deciding play in the game, all Purify did was box him out and go up and get the rebound. He claimed his position, didn't push off and went up and got it. Game over. I aplogize that we have a receiver that can do that and an obvious mismatch was exploited. Yes it does seem unfair that Purify is that big, can jump that high and has sure hands.

I don't understand how people are freaking about about the roughing the passer. That was so obvious, and it was a stupid hit by the A&M guy. And on the Mo td catch, I honestly don't think he pushed off.

That roughing the passer call was correct Taylor was hit about 5 secs after he realsed the ball and the Purify touch down catch was right too he didnt push off there was contact but you cant flag a guy bc hes taller and and can jump higher then AM's little corner back

Maybe if A&M didnt play such a soft schedule they would be able to win games against CONF foes....With the NON-CONF schedule they played its no wonder the cant win big games home or away....
