our 300th sellout of memorial stadium is on September 26, against Louisiana-Lafayette. i think that would be a great time to show our appreciation for all of the players and fans who've passed through the gates of memorial stadium since 1962.... by having throwback unis(1962 style)

Throwback unis is a wonderful idea. Keep a tradition alive by recreating the beginnings of that tradition. Besides, there is very little, if any, deviation from the current style. Coach Devaney would most likely smile favorably and perhaps grace us with one of his early 70's signature defensive shutouts. How could that be bad?

As for your B****** comment. I sincerely hope that was said tongue in cheek. The very notion of a B****** sickens me. I have yet to hear a convincing agrument for this ridiculous scheme.

Besides, the throwback could be sold to Coach Pelini and the players with much more ease.

I think it would be great to have throwbacks for that game or maybe do different eras for each game....

 
No, I don't wanna see any throwbacks....I don't wanna see black jerseys either. I would like to see us pound the living crap out of La-Lafayette. 60-0 or else.

If the Huskers were to do anything special for the game I'd like us to come out in All Blue....haha no one would even see it coming. The opposition would be so confused haha! I'm just kidding about the all blue though. :D

:yeah No B******...those are totally stupid. I have no problem going with the throwback uniforms...good idea.

how could you possibly know that? we've never even had a successful B******.

how bout this:

300th sellout we reflect on the past with a sea of red, and throwback unis.

301st sellout we welcome the future(sellouts) blackshirt style with the black sea, and black unis.

302nd sellout we go back to our normal, sea of red/white/black, and normal unis.
