A weird year for Nebraska football

I agree that it gets mighty cold in late November, but it's pretty cold for these morning games too, isn't it?
Yes - but it is easy to take off the winter coats you wore to the game. Drunk people are not always known for thinking ahead 3 hours when it will be 30 degrees colder and the anti-freeze will be long gone. Also, morning games are still played in the daylight which makes a big difference this time of year for temps.
I heard it's targeted specifically at the usual drunks, er, fans that shows up shirtless with body paint on... ^_^

This is the second straight year we've beaten two ranked opponents, at least one of which was on the road both years.

Second straight year we've beaten a team ranked higher than us.

While we're not getting better as fast as I'd like, and while the defense isn't what anyone has expected, it could be a lot worse right now.

Wisconsin & MSU have been on the rise in football, and pretty dominant in basketball. UM has been out of the basketball business for a decade or so and struggling in football for quite a while as well.
No one cares about basketball :)

LaVonte David will have to step up big and limit Robinsons running yardage. We need to make him beat us with his arm. Michigan is beatable.
just let lavonte spy robinson all game, the first time robinson thinks he has a running lane and lavonte comes out of nowhere and lays the wood to him dennard will start wanting to throw the ball, which is what we want him to do, robinson is extremely fast and lavonte is the only linebacker we have that is capable of spying him. i would love to see us smash dennard the first couple times he runs and force him to throw the ball, then let the defense switch to the peso and confuse the hell out of him essentially taking him out of the game. but that will be alot to expect out of the defense considering how they have played all year.
