Oh. My. Goodness. I strongly hope the latter half of that statement is true. We do NOT need another Baker situation.

Do people realize that Baker played DT because he wanted to?

I get that the choice was his but the fact remains... All Conference DT, All American OT.

Fixed that for you. No one knows how he would have panned out on the OL.

And maybe Foster would make a better DT then OG. We need some depth at DT and the coaches believe he is good enough to get a look there, don't see a problem with that.

If he can be a dominant DT, stay at DT. Finding OGs is so much easier than a really good DT.

This I agree with. Coaches have stated that they switched from a 4-3 to a 3-4 because of the lack of solid DT's.

Curry went to high school just east of Fort Worth, so it's not a surprise he ended up at TCU.
