He doesn't have to take his position to get playing time. He's obviously upset that we've wasted a year of eligibility by not redshirting him.

 
he is a great talent that i would hate to lose but watching him play he still needs to learn how to get down hill instead of dancing around and getting no where. it worked in high school but it dont work in college he needs to get going north and south quicker

 
please share some of the twitter remarks tonight. I have been pretty critical of him because of this. I only am able to go on what others say he tweeted.... I still think that he was "wasted" this year, but do we have the entire story... Did Bo "want" to RS him and he wanted to play.... Did he "say no" to a RS.... still think that any coach would have RS at least 1 of the 3, but if he threw a fit, then Bo uses him a little.... Not saying this happened, just asking for other's input.

I still think he is gone...but, apparently Ameer and Braylon are ahead of him right now... maybe if he would quite "airing" his frustration in social media, Bo may play him... maybe he is in the doghouse because of his way of handling the situation...

 
Basically he said he doesnt think he will see the field and he misses his family and friends. I wouldn't look into it too much. Its twitter. Though he did say "been a waste" in reference to this year it appears.

Misses his family? He lives with his brother... I think Andrew needs to give him a talking to, if anybody had to wait to play it was that guy. Have Andrew tell him all about Prince and Dennard.

Yep.

Also, the few times we've seen him play it looks like suicide to run him anywhere but the edge. He's no Rozier, LP, etc yet.....

 
Um.. pretty sure it pretty clear coming in that he was the least likely of the 3 new backs to step in and play right away and he was the one that didn't want to redshirt.

 
Yea I think a lot of Freshman go thru this...We just didn't have twitter to know about it until now...If Rex goes down(let's hope not) he could be getting 10-15 carries a game. Everyone knows what kind of talent he has but he will need to bulk up a little bit to be an every down successful back in the B1G Ten.......Hang in there Aaron!!

To be fair Rex still got 80+ carries his true freshman season.

Nothing good comes of it. Its Greens right to be upset, but hes only looking through his perspective. Its because hes young and dumb. Thats not an insult as weve all been there, its just a matter of reality concerning maturity. Voicing his opinion , or any teammate for that matter, does nothing but send the wrong messages and undermine Bos authority and the rest of his staff.

Rex had to wait his turn behind Helu. He did his time, put in the hard work, and took over the reins on Helus departure. Good kid that understands hard work pays off. Green could learn a thing or two from Rex, hell the whole team could.

They monitor all the guys accounts. I had class with a few players a couple years back and one of them said he deleted his facebook because they would get in trouble for things they posted.
