academic standards at unl?

with perlman moving us to the big ten....and backing the academic requirement for tournaments, etc. in college sports i think it hurts our athletics. the requirements allow other schools to have an advantage over us from the get go. cuts down our pool of players that other elite programs have access to.

We have been at a disadvantage against SEC teams for a long time when it comes to academic standards.

Now we are no different than any other Big 10 team and most likely any other Pac 12 team.

Have we changed any academic standars so far? I wasn't aware that we had.

And if the standards change for the tournaments, everyone's going to be in the same boat.
