ACC Preseason Picks

Monday the ACC coaches released their pre season picks and Wake was 4th behind #1 Fla St., #2 Boston College, and #3 Clemson. So, it doesn't look like Wake is the threat it was last year. On the other hand, last year's pre season picks had Wake at the bottom of the division, yet Wake won it all. So, take it for what its worth. Just don't look past them Huskers to the SC game, and you will be OK.

got to prepare for the game that is on saturday, not the one that is next saturday

 
As they say, preseason polls usually don't mean much. Can't look past Wake that is for sure. However, like many others I think we win big at Wake setting up a great matchup in Lincoln vs SC. This season can't start soon enough

 
well, Florida St, BC and Clemson ain't that bad either. i say we will have to play hard to beat them at their house!

 
I really think it sucks that SC and MU get two weeks to get ready for us, we get our two weeks to get ready for sCUm........like we will need it. Wake is gonna be a very tough game......a must win tough game.

yeah, but we get two weekends of actual game time to work out the kinks. Figure out how things are clicking as a team...see everyone in action.

don't worry about the polls. Just think that Wake Forrest is undefeated right now.

Ya I understand that, but dialing down scheme for a specific opponent and avoiding injury would be nice too.

Wasn't Wake Forest Picked to finish last a year ago? and then won the ACC??

Thanks Tarheel...WF will be a very hard game for NU, IMO...1st road game, USC on the horizon...that game has me worried.

Yeah, preseason polls are a joke, but Wake has nothing to lose, a home crowd, and coming off a nice season. Nebraska better be focused.

 
Bear in mind that Wake got picked to lose almost every single game it played last season by the media. They won 11 games and the ACC. We sleep walk or look ahead, we get beat. We better get some more focus on the special teams too, they won alot of games on them.
