As long as we're doing expectation management, Troy is comparable to Colorado, and possibly better.

I saw Troy play their opener at home sgainst Boise State and they looked like a JV or high school team.  They looked completely uninterested in playing.  Now I realize that how an opponent looks in one game is not necessarily how they'll look in another...but BSU boat-raced them.
