That could be.  But I don't know why the people doing the ads had to do that one that way.  There are other ads that are in place that not placed like that one is.  Not sure why that one was done that way.

I have told them to keep the height locked at 90 pixels so it should not cause the page to jump. I don't see it jumping around because of the top ad and both top and bottom are fixed at 90 with close buttons.

A couple of seconds after the page loads (without the top add) everything slides down and the top ad appears.

Also, it seems like it shouldn't have to be the job of the users to trouble-shoot these issues all the time.

The user experience on the site is pretty low right now.

I am going to dump this ad agency and go with another one that I have been testing on another site without complaints.

 
I can barely post anything because I keep getting these error messages before I can type a post.  I literally had to type this twice before I could get it to go.

Banning people for trying to prevent malware produces the same amount of revenue as that account using ad blockers.

 
I am also getting a ton of malware. The migration to Xenforo may be done as early as Monday. 

I have told the current ad agency that they can disable their ads now. 

 
I was able to comment out the agency ads. The only ads that are  running are the anchors at the top and bottom of the page.
