Airbnb Experience - Your thoughts?

I would keep the $. You should get extra for the inconvenience. Most people would expect something extra from a hotel in addition to a full refund if they did the same thing.

I don't do Air BnB, Uber, etc because of all this.

Refund the money minus expenses

People who own/run hotels are strangers.

Stories like this are the exception to the rule.  I use Uber quite a bit and love it.  I'm going to start using Air BnB soon for an area I have to travel into and has limited hotels.

I like AirBnB a lot..
