As I have been cooking in restaurants for nearly twenty years I would like to see the facilities they have to pull off cooking all that pizza for game day.

Yeah, what do they do, cook them all the night before and the morning of and then just put them under the heat lamp?

Don't really have a favorite dish, I like to do it all. Fresh, real ingredients is key to great food. Pasta dishes are fun for me, endless possibilities in that area.

Wouldn't be surprised if they parbake them and then finish on-site. Or even just re-heat on-site.

I mean he's right - as lopsided as the game was, we only sacked them twice, and zero against Cincinnati. We're currently #103 in the country for sacks.
