Without continuity in these roles we suffer. From a current team morale as well as building those very important partnerships with schools and parents in the recruiting process. Both Cav & Langs have shown chops with recruiting, and have performed well as coaches. Riley has shown he'll make the tough decisions on those that need to go. Relax and look at this as a positive.
