I can just imagine the CSR doing some Zen sh#t on the other end of the line. He was very creepy and Yes I too would have been much harder on him. I would have made the CSR hangup or swallow his own tongue.

 
I would have told him "I swear to everything that is holy that if you tell me one more time you are just trying to help me out everytime you close your eyes you will see me!!! I will spend my every waking minute looking for you and when I do the death will be slow!!! Your parents will cry when they've seen what I've done to you!!!" :throw
