Any chance Gameday comes to Lincoln again next year??

I think our crowd had the most or close to the most people at any gameday of all time if I remember right?? It had to be up there though with most of west stadium packed and that field full, that whole day was sooooo fun even though we did lose, the anticipation and everything was the best.

2nd most..

but the atmosphere was amazing.. except for the fact you couldn't breath.. or see.. on the field.. and i'd been up since going to class friday morning.. then went and slept in line til the game.. ah screw it, it was well worth it.. even though we got our behinds handed to us.... i'd love to see em back.. personally..

If were undefeated or top 10 and we play like a top 10 MU or KU, they might come just to cover the Great Bo Pelini turnaround, thats the only reason why they would come, just to talk about Pelini cleaning up Callahans mess. Otherwise i dont care if they come because they always have something bad to say about husker football

Yeah, THAT crowd was the 2nd biggest, with the 1st biggest being the Husker crowd the last time gameday came to Lincoln.

Possibly VT
I seriously doubt they would come that early. Soonest would be if we're undefeated going in to OU, but that's at Norman. I would put money for sure they'd be there if both NU & KU were undefeated, they'd milk the hell out of the revenge factor and the Bo turnaround. That might be the only chance getting it here, slim & none, and slim just left the building.

Never say never though...

I wouldn't be suprised if they showed up for the Va Tech game...

yes, but they always go on about how we're the best fans in college football also......

IF we beat Va tech, we are in, Mizzou wont be defeated up until that point, our only blockade is if oregon starts strong again, because they play USC that week, and we all know ESPN's mancrush for USC. but if not i didnt see to many big games that week.

0 chance this coming year. It better be a pretty lame week in college football for them to pick Lincoln again this year......too many good match ups every week.

If you look at the schedule for the Virginia Tech week, there is only 2 other games for Gameday to choose, Wisconsin @ Michigan, and Colorado vs F$U. They're gonna want an ABC or ESPN Game and IMO our game has broader appeal.

:yeah

Look for them to come back for OU in '09, that is unless they are in Blacksburg earlier that year for our showdown with VT.

I think you missed a big one ILLINOIS AT PENN STATE. A lot of people are convinced illinois has started something here, that could be the battle for the big 10
