If Bo Pelini suddenly and inexplicably walked away from the Husker football program... who would you want to replace him?

Assume that the Huskers could get ANYBODY, retired or active, college or pro.

Just one restriction... the coach could not be recalled from the grave... no zombie Bob Devaney or something.

If you would like, feel free to add OC and DC or any other staff.

Example.....

Jon Gruden, HC

Bill Callahan, OC

Monte Kiffen, DC

LOL

Ok..... give me some other, more ideas.

 
Didn't the OP say that Bo walked away from the program?

Come on guys... at least go with Carl as the DC.

Sean Peyton, OC

Mike Zimmer, DC

Bill coached college in Nebraska before. Sean came to the coaches clinic during the BC years and Mike interviewed for the job before Nebraska eventually went with BC.
