Any of you chemistry geeks know anything about micrograms?

I read on Yahoo the other day that the actual original mold for the liter measurement, lost a microgram. OMG this world is going to hell!!!!!

If you straightened out a paperclip, and cut it in half. Then cut one piece in half again. Then kept cutting it in half for a total of eight times, you would have a piece that weighed damn close to 1 microgram.

And that, my friends, would be one veeeeery small mantool. :)
